When I see someone “get it,” i.e., they discover that they CAN move differently and that moving differently causes less pain, or when a dancer effortlessly lifts their leg above 90 degrees with proper body alignment, or a golfer increases the power and distance in their swing with a slightly different coordination, I am thrilled.
